2012 | As a part of a 12 month event series, Fire, Fashion & Politics was a high end fashion show designed to raise campaign funds for the Honorable Judge Jessica O'Brien of Cook County. This unique, invite only fundraising event was held at a historic Chicago Fire House, featuring designers from Latino Fashion Week 2013 and guest appearances by cast members of NBC's hit TV show Chicago Fire. In addition, a pre-event party was held at the historic Wheeler Mansion in Chicago, IL.
Responsibilities
Sponsorship development, onsite activation manager, creative advisor, fashion show co-producer, program financial manager, pre-party producer.
RUNWAY ON MONROE
CREATOR & EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
About
2010 | Runway On Monroe was designed to shine a spotlight on the local fashion and creative industry in MI and boost entrepreneurial sales throughout the state. The four month long event series featured three elements; a fashion design competition with two rounds of panel judging, fan online voting and the Runway On Monroe live mannequin & main fashion events. The Matthew Agency joined as co-producer, bringing fresh new models and talent to the spotlight.
In addition, Wolverine World Wide integrated the Hush Puppies Shoe Design Challenge into the program. A portion of main event proceeds were donated to Very Special Arts of Grand Rapids.

PEP RALLY FOR SHOES

2012 | Wolverine Worldwide hosted a Pep Rally spirited fundraiser and fashion show to benefit the Heart of West Michigan United Way. The fundraiser was held at the downtown Urban Institute for Contemporary Arts, Grand Rapids. The event was hosted by Fox 17’s Christian Frank and featured pep rally-themed entertainment.
The fashion show featured local celebrities modeling footwear and apparel from 19 select Wolverine Worldwide brands such as Sperry Top-Sider, Hush Puppies, Wolverine, Merrell and Bates. Live and silent auctions gave attendees the opportunity to take home some big-ticket items.
